You remind me of Descartes: it&#039;s better to walk slowly and steady on a sure path than quickly and unsafely on an unclear one. The cobble beach example is something all geoscientists know about from books, yet I wonder how many really &quot;saw&quot; it so clearly in nature. The &quot;ah, hah!&quot; way, it&#039;s how real knowledge builds up in one&#039;s mind.]]></description>
