I started out in Kamchatka, I saw the thermokarst lakes and knew it was up on the northern coasts somewhere, I was surprised to move into the Aleutians because I thought there had been quite a few WoGE up there, guess not. :)

I’m not sure, but I’d guess Brian’s settings have an elevation exaggeration (under Tools>Options>3DView) of somewhere between 1.2 and 1.5.
